Feedback and Submissions:

We appreciate your interest in Boyer's Coffee, we are unable to accept any ideas, graphics or other materials that are considered proprietary in concept, design, technology or other format. Therefore, any materials submitted by you will be deemed the property of Boyer's Coffee, and you are granting Boyer's Coffee a royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, display, transmit, adapt, publish, translate and distribute these materials in any and all medium through any transmission method. You will relinquish all rights to your submissions, and Boyer's Coffee will be entitled to use the Submission for any commercial or other purpose whatsoever, without compensating you or any other person sending the Submission. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any Submission you make and that you, and not Boyer's Coffee, have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

Limitation of Liability:

Boyer's Coffee will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to special or consequential damages caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line failure. Boyer's Coffee will not be liable for any damages or injury, including but not limited to special or consequential damages, resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if there is negligence on the part of Boyer's Coffee, or if an authorized representative of Boyer's Coffee has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or both. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The total liability to you of Boyer's Coffee for all losses, damages, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site.

Certain products or services offered by this website and certain areas of the website may be governed by additional terms of use and/or other agreements presented in conjunction with those products or services that you have selected. You must agree to these Additional Terms before using those areas. In the event of a difference in interpretation of the Additional Terms and this Terms of Use, the Additional Terms take precedence.

Miscellaneous:

These Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. Boyer's Coffee may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time simply by updating this posting and without notice to you.

Termination:

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from all Boyer's Coffee sites, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations (together, the 'Materials'). Boyer's Coffee may terminate the agreement at any time and without notice to you if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all Materials.

Billing Information:

With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept all major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, Boyer's Coffee employees, or customer service representatives. Boyer's Coffee will never display your complete credit card number on-screen.

Return / Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Boyer's Coffee will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify Boyer's Coffee right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date. On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for the Subscription Service or other club and non-club products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price. On any order that is returned, you will receive a merchandise credit (up to $25), which you may apply toward the purchase of any Boyer's Coffee product or merchandise for yourself or others. For returns valued at more than $25, you will receive a $25 Boyer's Coffee merchandise credit for the first $25 of the return amount, and the balance of the return value will be credited directly to your credit card.

For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, Boyer's Coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers.

For Subscription Service and other Club promotional offers that include a special price and introductory premium, where the obligation/additional purchase required as part of the introductory offer (e.g., 1 or 2 additional 4-bag equivalent purchases) is met, no cancellation fee is incurred. For Club members who notify Boyer's Coffee to cancel prior to meeting their required additional purchases, a cancellation fee of $25 for each obligation order cancelled will be incurred. All Club Members, please see your My Account page for terms specific to your offer. These specific terms take precedence over the general terms of use.

To start you return or exchange please follow these steps:

  • Contact us by sending an email to info@boyerscoffee.com or calling 303-289-3345 and let us know what you will be returning, why and what you would like in exchange if you want a different product.
  • Ship the product back to us via UPS, USPS or any method with tracking to the address below:

  • Please include the original Order # and your contact information, email and/or phone #, on or in the package
  • If the product was defective we will reimburse you for shipping or create a label for you, please contact us if this is the case.
  • A store credit (up to $25), refund (anything above $25) and/or product replacement will be processed 48-72 hours after the returned product is received. 

Credits:

Once we ship your order all credits must be given as store credits. We are unable to issue a credit back to your credit card. Store credits are valid for 90 days from date of issuance.

Special Offers:

Along with your deliveries, you will receive special offers, promotions, tips, and seasonal catalogs from Boyer's Coffee.
  • Limit one offer or membership per household
  • Orders are subject to approval
  • All offers are subject to expiration and availability

Substitutions:

For any offer or promotion, Boyer's Coffee reserves the right to substitute for the free gift, another gift of equal or greater value when limited supplies are exceeded. As always, your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return the substituted item if you are not satisfied.

Prices:

All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Boyer's Coffee.

Shipment Arrival Time:

It typically takes 48 - 72 hours to ship coffee orders. Shipping times for orders that do not include coffee are commonly 24 - 48 hours. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via UPS or USPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days. To track your order, click on My Account.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are below and displayed at the time of checkout. Currently, we do not ship internationally. We ship with both USPS & UPS depending on location and package size. If you are located in a rural area where USPS will not deliver directly to your home, please use your PO Box address so that your shipment is not delayed.
